Tooele

The Tooele Valley is drier and windier than the Salt Lake side of the mountains, and landscaping that ignores that fact struggles. We plan Tooele yards around the conditions: water-wise beds, deep mulch, drip instead of spray wherever it makes sense, and a lawn sized to what the family actually uses.

Acreage properties out here need a different kind of thinking than a quarter-acre suburban lot. Long driveways, gravel and concrete pads, shop aprons, and irrigation mainlines that have to run real distances are all routine for us.
