Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs is mostly new construction, which means most of our work here starts with a rough-graded lot, a builder's minimum landscape requirement, and a homeowner who wants the whole thing done once, properly.

The west side of the lake is exposed. Wind and afternoon sun are harder on plants here than in a sheltered Provo backyard, so we lean toward species that can take it, mulch beds deep enough to hold moisture through July, and design irrigation zones that account for how much faster a west-facing bed dries out.

Patios, seat walls, fire pits, and paver walkways round out most Saratoga Springs projects, and we sleeve for irrigation and lighting under the hardscape before it goes down so nothing has to be cut open later.
