Salt Lake City work comes with constraints that suburban jobs don't have: narrow lots, alley access, street parking, and properties old enough that what's underground is not always where the plans say it is. We plan access and staging before the estimate is finished, not on the first morning.

In the Avenues and other historic neighborhoods, the goal is usually hardscape that looks like it has always been there — stone and paver walkways, rebuilt steps with uniform risers, and low walls that match the era of the house rather than fighting it.

On the commercial side we handle entries, sidewalks, courtyards, and small lots downtown and along the main corridors, scheduled around business hours and pedestrian traffic.
