Provo's east bench lots come with grade, and grade means either terracing or wasted yard. We build segmental block, boulder, and timber sleeper walls to turn a hillside into usable levels, with the drainage detail sized for what actually comes down off the mountain in April.

Drainage work is a big part of what we do in Provo generally. Older neighborhoods have downspouts that dump against foundations and grades that were flat when they were poured and are not flat now. Fixing that is usually cheaper than the water damage it prevents.

For rental and student-housing owners, we build the low-maintenance version: durable flatwork, hard edging, drip on the beds, and turf or rock where a lawn would just be a liability.
