Park City

Park City is the hardest climate we build in, and it shows in how we spec things. Deeper bases, more attention to frost depth, materials that handle a real freeze-thaw load, and drainage designed for snowmelt volumes rather than rainfall.

Mountain lots are steep, so retaining, terracing, and steps make up most of the hardscape here. Natural stone and boulder work fits these properties better than anything manufactured, and we build a lot of it — walls, stairs, and paths that look like they came out of the hillside they sit in.

Snow matters at the design stage too. Where it slides off a roof, where it gets piled by a plow, and where meltwater runs in March all shape where a patio, a walkway, or a planting bed should go. We schedule Park City estimate visits in blocks — call and we'll tell you when we're next up.
