Orem

Orem's housing stock leans older, and a lot of what we do here is replacement rather than addition: cracked driveways, heaved front walks, and settled aprons that have finally stopped being cosmetic. We sawcut, remove, prep the subgrade properly, and pour flatwork that drains away from the house instead of toward it.

There's also a steady amount of rental and multi-unit work in Orem, where the priority is durability and low maintenance rather than showpiece design. Hard edging, turf or gravel where lawn doesn't make sense, and irrigation that can be shut down zone by zone all save money over a decade of tenants.

On the commercial side we handle parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, and landscape maintenance for Orem businesses, phased so the lot never fully closes when it doesn't have to.
