Lehi

Lehi is where we're based, which means the shortest drive, the quickest estimate visits, and the easiest scheduling anywhere on our map. It's also the city where we do the most work, from Traverse Mountain down to the older blocks around Main Street.

A large share of Lehi work is new construction: a builder hands over a house and a lot of rough-graded dirt with a deadline attached. We take those yards the whole way — fine grading, irrigation, sod or turf, beds and edging, then the patio and walkways — sequenced so nothing gets installed and dug up again.

The bench and hillside lots on the east side bring the other half of our Lehi work: retaining and terracing to turn a slope into usable yard. Those walls get drain rock, filter fabric, a daylighted drain line, and geogrid where the height calls for it, because a wall holding a Utah spring melt without drainage is a wall on a countdown.
